ABOUT IADC GRIEF THERAPY​
To ensure the best possible outcome, please take a moment to review the following requirements before booking.

Time Since Loss
IADC Therapy is suitable when your loved one has been gone for at least 12 months. This allows time for the early stages of grief to settle and for you to feel ready to explore the deeper emotions connected to your loss.

Emotional Readiness
This process involves gently accessing and processing the feelings of sadness or longing that remain.
You’ll need to feel emotionally ready and open to reconnecting with these emotions in a supported, compassionate space.

Focus on Grief and Loss
IADC Therapy is specifically designed for people experiencing grief and loss.
Mental Health Considerations
For safety and wellbeing, IADC Therapy is not recommended for anyone who has experienced or is experiencing suicidal thoughts or self-harm (within the past five years).
Session Information
Before beginning, you’ll have a 15-minute online consultation to confirm that IADC Therapy is the right fit for you.

The full process includes two online sessions, each lasting 60–90 minutes, and both need to be completed within seven days of each other.

Fee
The total investment is $500 AUD for both sessions.
Please note that while some people experience an After-Death Connection (ADC) during therapy, it cannot be guaranteed. The primary focus of IADC is to gently ease emotional pain and help restore a sense of peace.

You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a webcam with sound, and a quiet, private space where you feel safe and comfortable during the sessions.
